Erin Lovern is the Founder and CEO of Grove Talent Group, a talent solutions consultancy and retained search firm. Grove Talent Group specializes in helping organizations win by designing, implementing, and executing world-class Talent strategies.

Prior to founding Grove Talent Group, Erin held top leadership roles in HR and Talent Acquisition leading exponential growth for technology companies ranging from Fortune 500 to venture backed portfolio companies. She has a proven track record of transforming organizations and aligning talent strategies for long term success.

Erin brings her passion for helping organizations leverage talent acquisition as a competitive advantage by using a data-driven approach to hiring, eliminating biases through the development of core competencies and success measures to build the strongest, most inclusive teams possible.

Her areas of expertise include global talent strategy, culture and business transformation, leadership development, and organization design. She is particularly passionate about partnering with early stage companies to help them set the foundation for their talent strategy.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
